Peter Moran has been an active entrepreneur for more than 10 years. He co-founded Singular ID, a Singapore-based company, developing magneto-optic anti-counterfeiting systems. Its customers ranged from Sanden International (manufacturer of 25% of the world’s automotive air-conditioning compressors) to police departments and the Indonesian Presidential Guard. It was successfully acquired by the world’s largest pharmaceutical packaging company. His entrepreneurial experience also includes being the COO of ACM Biolabs and the founder of VorteQ Consulting. ACM Biolabs is a Singapore-based startup which is rapidly expanding and its customers include many of the world's top ten pharma companies. VorteQ Consulting is a Swiss-based company specializing in conducting due diligences for its clients which include Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, Investment Banks and companies undergoing an IPO.

Prior to starting his first company, Peter was head of the micro- and nano-systems research group in Singapore comprising more than 50 scientists from 17 countries engaged in R&D projects for companies such as Sony.
