A social entrepreneur from India, Rakhi co-founded MHS CITY LAB to address housing challenges with interdisciplinary solutions for the urban poor. Her insights as a practitioner and interest in research and academic allow for the design of innovative, experiential learning program for diverse audiences. Since 2014 she has collaborated both with Masters and Undergraduate Programs at Franklin- designed workshops, taught courses and led Academic Travel for the Masters Science in International Management (MSIM).  She is also an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at the MBA program at IE Business School in Madrid and taught modules for Momentum (Financial Times & BBVA) accelerator for start-ups cohorts based in Turkey and USA.

As a practitioner, Rakhi engages in design of multi-stakeholder projects while working across diverse agencies as Grameen Bank, Rabo Bank, CARE India, World Bank on micro-finance, post-disaster resilience, low-income housing and inclusive city initiatives. She is currently living in Varese, Italy.
