Join us in shaping the future of Franklin students

Career Readiness at Franklin aims to build a strong foundation for students to develop the key competencies they need to succeed -whether that is in graduate school or navigating their lifelong career journey.

Career Readiness is a top priority for Franklin and a core pillar of our strategic plan. Our dedicated Career Readiness Team is here to empower students with the tools, confidence, and guidance they need to thrive in today’s competitive global job market - or whatever meaningful path they choose after Franklin. From personalized résumé and CV reviews, to one-on-one coaching and mock interviews, we offer tailored support every step of the way. Students also benefit from personal assessments, engaging workshops, and hands-on mentorship through our flagship Pathway Program.

In a recent (2025) student survey, 100% of respondents rated alumni involvement in career readiness initiatives as highly valuable - more so than input from external professionals. And that is no surprise. Franklin alumni have a deep understanding of the student experience and can connect with current students in a way that is both meaningful and uniquely relevant. You have been where they are and your insights carry weight.

Whether it is giving a guest talk, mentoring one-on-one, or sharing job or internship opportunities with the community, there are many ways to get involved. Alumni contributions like yours make a real difference - not just for students, but for the broader Franklin network and beyond.
