All members of the alumni community are included in Franklin’s Alumni Association. The Franklin University Switzerland Alumni Association is governed by the Alumni Council, an advisory group that is made up of alumni volunteers. The Alumni Council works closely with the Office of Advancement to foster lifelong relationships between Franklin University Switzerland and its students and alumni.
Alumni and Parents have had the opportunity to travel the world with Franklin over the years to locations such as South Africa, Jordan, Ireland, Cuba, Italy, and more. Additional trips will be announced as they become available.

Class Leaders and class committees are an integral part of keeping alumni connected to Franklin University Switzerland. The primary role of a Class Leader is to strengthen and encourage bonds between your classmates.
Every year Franklin organizes events around the world. We count on volunteers who are interested in collaborating with us to organize, present or host the next Franklin event, or to help us organize Franklin’s next Global Alumni Reunion.

In November of 2006, Franklin University Switzerland’s Board of Trustees voted unanimously to create the Ursula Gentile Lowerre Outstanding Service Award. This award was developed to recognize outstanding members of the alumni community for exemplary service to the University and for their enthusiastic leadership and support of its mission and goals. The award reflects the honor and credit that recipients bring to the University through their actions and contributions. Past award recipients include: Claudia Figueredo ’95, John Steinbreder ’76, Jim Moore ’74, Sally Dodge Mole ’65, Sheikh Hussein Al-Banawi ’77, Ned Lynch ’66, India Howell ’76, Thomas Gould ’70, Rene Musech '11, Emily Boynton '09, and Majda Dakkak '15.
Each year Franklin trustees, alumni, faculty and staff are invited to submit nominations for the award.
