Franklin University Switzerland is searching for an innovative, dedicated, passionate and experienced enrollment professional to assume the newly created position of Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. The Vice President provides vision and leadership to the University in all areas of Enrollment Management including overseeing the Offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, Study Abroad, and Enrollment Marketing while guided by the University’s Mission, Vision and Values. Staff who report to this position are located in Lugano and across the United States.

Academic Positions

Assistant / Associate Professor of Marketing

Applications are sought for the position of Assistant or Associate Professor of Marketing. The position is full-time, renewable and with a clear promotion ladder. The position begins in August 2017, pending funding.

The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. at the time of hire with specialization in international marketing, strategic marketing, consumer behavior, and/or marketing analytics. S/he will also be able to teach undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in these areas. Consistent with the mission of the University, applicants must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in both teaching and scholarship, have an active research agenda, and contribute to the Academic Travel program, a fundamental component of Franklin’s international, intercultural curriculum. Ideally, candidates will be conversant in one of the official languages of Switzerland and have an established interest in interdisciplinary teaching.
