MSIM Students at Peleș Castle.

A group of graduate students in the Master of Science in International Management program took time out to do some independent travel between seminars. Bridgette, Sheng Li, Alixandria Henley, and Vanessa Berruetta traveled to Romania over Halloween, and explored some new cultural territory. They visited Bucharest, and also experienced Dracula's mythical homeland of Transylvania.

“Romania is amazing, I will never forget it, but surely I’ll return,” remarked Sheng Li. They learned a lot about Romania’s rich culture, and saw beautiful castles as well. “Learning about some of Romania’s great leaders and how they have continued to rebuild their country and their economy after the communist regime in 1989 was fascinating” said Alixandria Henley, MSIM ‘17.
