By participating in the Life-Long Learning Scholarship program, students experience a strong sense of engagement with the University, develop leadership skills, and have the opportunity to learn and develop practical skills in a number of fields and areas.

The Life-Long Learning Scholarship Program (LLLS) supports students by preparing them to be career-ready upon graduation from Franklin, not only with regard to academic foundations in their respective disciplines but also by providing them with skills that are essential in public and private sector employment in a wide variety of settings.

LLLS positions are an Integral part of the fabric of Franklin! Students with LLLS positions support the library, Green Office, WLC, TAC, Sustainable Garden, serve as Research Assistant, and more!

All undergraduate students who meet the program criteria are eligible to apply for open LLLS positions by the deadline each semester. Students apply directly to the supervisor of an open LLLS position by submitting an LLLS application and resume/CV. Fall Semester 2023 LLLS Positions will be shared with students In April and again In August.

Students are encouraged to refer to the LLLS Student Manual available in the Franklin App for eligibility criteria, policies, deadlines, and LLLS Program information.
