Join us every Monday at 18:00 for a welcoming and engaging Pilates session designed to help you improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall wellbeing.
Led by a certified professional Pilates instructor, each class is tailored to the needs and abilities of the participants, making it suitable for both beginners and those with previous experience. Equipment: Mats are available on-site, though participants are welcome to bring their own.
