Organized by the City of Lugano and Tether, a blockchain-enabled platform designed to facilitate the use of fiat currencies in a digital manner, the event will host many distinguished guests, including the Lugano mayor, Michele Foletti, and the Tether’s Chief Technical Officer, Paolo Ardoino.
