Originally from Washington state, I received my BA in Elementary Education with a minor in special education from Central Washington University and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University. I recently retired as the head softball coach at Newberry College in South Carolina after 12 years. College coaching allowed me to recruit students with various backgrounds, help them through the admissions process, and support them through their four year path to graduation. I am excited to begin this new position with Franklin and to connect with independent counselors.
