Join us for Deconstructing the Pitch with freelance journalist and Harvard graduate Milagros Costabel. This workshop is designed to pull back the curtain on what journalists really look for—and what instantly raises red flags—when reviewing press releases, media kits, and interview requests. Learn how to build credibility, sharpen your storytelling, and craft pitches that stand up to scrutiny.
Milagros Costabel is an Uruguayan-born blind writer, journalist and disability rights advocate known for her powerful storytelling and barrier-breaking work. She writes on social issues and inclusion for international outlets, bringing overlooked voices into the conversation.
