Master's degree program

The Master of Science in International Management is a one-year graduate program that equips you with a rigorous education in business. By taking a transdisciplinary approach rooted in the liberal arts tradition of Franklin University Switzerland, the program provides you with a managerial skill set. You will get cutting-edge management training rooted in personalized teaching that bridges theory and practice through multiple institutional partnerships. Thanks to three tracks of specialization – Arts and Luxury Management, Digital Transformation, and Business and Sustainability—you will deepen your expertise in specific disciplinary areas while connecting with industry experts. In the summer, through in-company training and personalized, advisor-led learning, you will become career-ready!

Franklin University Switzerland’s graduate program empowers students to become responsible leaders by enriching their learning journey, providing an internationally-focused academic program in a cross-cultural environment and central location in Europe. The academic content is designed by Franklin faculty, and visiting and international experts. Further, graduate studies at Franklin provide the opportunity to develop professional skills as an intern or project participant. After collaborating with faculty and professionals both in Switzerland and internationally, students graduate with a strong skill set, first-hand experience, and connections that help further develop a broad array of career opportunities. These practical experiences will set them apart, reflecting their solid background and increasing their future opportunities. All three tracks of the MSIM program end with a thesis project representing the students’ "business card" for entering the job market.
